Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Scallion, Ginger, Sugar, Salt, Sesame Oil, Soy Sauce, Pork, etc.
成分: 小麦粉,葱, 姜, 糖, 盐, 麻油,酱油,猪肉等。
Instruction:
1. Under medium heat, carefully place frozen pork buns into a frying pan containing 1/4 inch of oil.
2. Add cold water to cover 2/3 the height of buns. Cover and cook until the water is absorbed.
3. Lower the fire and continue cooking until the bottom of buns become golden brown, which is about 9 mins.
操作方法:
1、烧热平底锅, 放入少许油。
2、将生煎包放入锅中,加入一杯冷水,中火闷盖锅闷煎大约9分钟。
3、打开锅盖小火收干水,见底部金黄即可。
